How to use The Original Candle Co. wax melts
Break off 1-2 wax melt cubes from the package depending on the size of your warmer. Place the wax melts in your warmer and heat to release the fragrance.
Ensure you close the packaging after removing the cubes to lock the fragrance in. You can keep rewarming your wax melt cubes until the scent has diminished.
Our wax melt cubes last for approximately 3-4 tea lights or 12-16 hours before needing to be replaced.
We strongly recommend that our wax melts are warmed for no longer than 4 hours at a time.
Shipping Information
We charge a flat fee of £3.99 for delivery.
We aim to ship orders within 2 working days from your order being placed. Please be aware that all of our candles, wax melts, diffusers, and mist sprays are handmade, and as such, at peak times, orders may take slightly longer to ship.
Our aim is to deliver all orders within 3 working days of shipping. However, during busier times, this may take longer and is out of our control. If you haven't received your order after 7 working days of notification of shipping please contact us by using our chat function or by emailing us at hello@originalcandles.co.uk
We use Yodel, Royal Mail and DPD as our shipping partners and all orders are provided with a tracking number which will be provided to you to track your order once dispatched.
Due to the way products are shipped you may receive your order in more than one consignment and from more that one carrier. Each carrier will provide up to date tracking details and a tracking number will be provided for each parcel.
Upon receipt of your delivery, should you find that there are parts of your order missing or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly - where damage is reported we may ask for photo evidence so we can arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
