15 Vanilla Incense Cones

Directions for use: Fit your unlit cone into your incense ash catcher. Light the tip of the coated end until it flames to begin the flowing effect. It is normal for cones to take up to 10 minutes after being lit to start creating the smoking/mist effect.

Important Information: The flowing effect requires a still environment, therefore it is best for your burner to placed in a room that is air movement and draft free. Please be aware that after burning it is normal for a light oily residue to appear on the oil burner, for this reason we recommend protecting any furniture it is placed upon suitably. The residue can be easily wiped off the burner with a damp cloth.

Please exercise caution when burning incense and keep away from pets and children.

We aim to ship orders within 2 working days from receipt of you order being placed. Please be aware that all of our candles, wax melts, diffusers and mist sprays are handmade and as such at peak times orders may take slightly longer to ship.

Our aim is to delivery all orders within 5 working days of shipping, however, during busier times this may take longer and is out of our control. If you haven't received your order after 7 working days of notification of shipping please contact us by using our chat function or by emailing us.

We use a range of delivery partners to deliver your order including Royal Mail, DPD, Yodel or Evri.

Where an item is sent directly from the supplier, orders will be send via their chosen carrier and will be listed as sent from "The Warehouse".

Where orders have both our own made items and direct dispatch items your order may arrive in more than one parcel or on different days.

Upon receipt of your delivery, should you find that there are parts of your order missing or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly - where damage is reported we may ask for photo evidence so we arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
